1. Definities
• Xitens: The provider of the hosting services.
• Affiliate: A natural or legal person who has registered for the program to promote Xitens services.
• Affiliate Link: A unique URL provided by Xitens to the Affiliate for referral and commission tracking purposes.
• Commission: The compensation in the form of Xitens credits that the Affiliate receives for each successful, qualifying referral.
• Qualified Referral: A new customer who has purchased and paid for a Xitens service through the Affiliate Link.
2. Registration and Participation
2.1 Participation in the Xitens Affiliate Program is free.
2.2 Xitens reserves the right to refuse a registration or terminate an existing participation at any time and without giving reasons.
2.3 It is the Affiliate's responsibility to keep the information provided up to date and correct.
3. Promotion and Advertising
3.1 The Affiliate may only promote Xitens services using the Affiliate Links and promotional materials provided.
3.2 The Affiliate is not permitted to advertise in a misleading manner, make false claims about Xitens services, or advertise in a way that damages the reputation of Xitens.
3.3 It is strictly prohibited to use the Affiliate Link for PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns that target the Xitens brand name or variations thereof.
3.4 Spam or unsolicited emails containing the Affiliate Link are not permitted. In case of violation, participation will be terminated immediately.
4. Commission and Credits
4.1 The commission is paid in Xitens credits. These credits can only be used for the purchase or renewal of Xitens services and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.2 The commission is 20% of the first purchase amount of a Qualified Referral, excluding VAT.
4.3 The commission will only be awarded after payment of the Qualified Referral has been received in full and the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days has expired.
4.4 Referral tracking is done with cookies that have a lifespan of 90 days. If a customer makes a purchase within 90 days of clicking the Affiliate Link, the referral will be assigned to the Affiliate.
5. Termination of Participation
5.1 The Affiliate may terminate his participation in the program at any time by sending an email to the Xitens support team.
5.2 Xitens may terminate an Affiliate's participation if these conditions are violated.
5.3 Upon termination of participation, all unpaid credits will expire.
6. Liability and Indemnification
6.1 The Affiliate is responsible for the promotional activities and indemnifies Xitens from any liability arising from these activities.
6.2 Xitens is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from participation in the program.
7. Changes to the Terms
7.1 Xitens reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time. Changes are communicated via email or via the affiliate dashboard. By continuing to participate in the program, you agree to the amended terms.
